Here are a few facial exercises that some individuals believe can contribute to glowing skin:

1.  Cheek Lifts: 

 How to Do It:  Smile with your lips closed, then purse your lips and smile even wider, lifting your cheeks toward your eyes. Hold the smile for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.

 2.  Forehead Smoothening: 

 How to Do It:  Place both hands on your forehead with your fingers spread out. Gently sweep your fingers outwards, smoothing your forehead wrinkles as you do. Repeat this motion a few times.

 3.  Eye Exercises: 

 Eye Blinking:  Blink your eyes rapidly for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This exercise can help relax your eye muscles.
 Eye Rolling:  Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise for a few rounds. This exercise may help relieve eye strain.

4.  Jawline Toning: 

 How to Do It:  Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as possible. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.

 5.  Neck and Jaw Stretch: 

 How to Do It:  Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and swallow. Repeat this motion a few times to help tone the neck muscles.

 6.  Facial Massage: 

 How to Do It:  Use your fingertips to gently massage your face in circular motions. Start from the forehead and work your way down to the chin. This massage can help improve blood circulation and relax facial muscles.
