Choker scrub, also known as choker mitti or fuller's earth, is a natural clay that has been used for centuries in skincare routines. It is known for its various skin benefits, making it a popular choice for facial and body scrubs.

Here's how you can use choker scrub for skin beauty:

1. Choker Scrub for Face:

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoons choker mitti (fuller's earth)
1 teaspoon rose water or plain water
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added moisture)

Instructions:

1. Mixing: In a small bowl, combine choker mitti with rose water (or plain water) to form a paste. If your skin is dry, you can add honey for added moisture. For a brightening effect, add a few drops of lemon juice.
2. Application: Apply the paste evenly on your cleansed face, avoiding the eye area.
3. Scrubbing: Gently massage your face in circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Be gentle, as choker mitti can have slightly gritty particles that provide exfoliation.
4. Rest: Let the scrub sit on your face for another 5-10 minutes to allow the clay to work its magic.
5. Rinse: Wash off the scrub with lukewarm water and pat your face dry.
6. Moisturize: Follow up with your regular moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

Note: Perform a patch test before using the scrub to ensure you don't have any adverse reactions.

2. Choker Scrub for Body:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup choker mitti (fuller's earth)
2-3 tablespoons yogurt (for added moisture and exfoliation)
A few drops of your favorite essential oil (optional, for fragrance)

Instructions:

1. Mixing: Combine choker mitti with yogurt to form a thick paste. Add a few drops of essential oil if you prefer a scented scrub.
2. Application: Use the mixture to scrub your body gently, focusing on areas with rough skin like elbows, knees, and heels.
3. Massage: Massage your body in circular motions for a few minutes to exfoliate the skin and improve circulation.
4. Rinse: Rinse off the scrub thoroughly with warm water.
5. Moisturize: After patting your skin dry, apply a nourishing body lotion or oil to lock in moisture.

Note: Avoid using the scrub on broken or irritated skin.

Choker scrub helps in removing dead skin cells, unclogging pores, and promoting a smoother, brighter complexion. However, it's essential to use it in moderation (once or twice a week) to prevent over-exfoliation, which can irritate the skin.
