The counting of votes for the municipal elections and by-elections held on Friday in 31 districts of Bihar is going on at 58 centers from 8 am on Sunday.

The counting of votes for the municipal elections and by-elections held on June 9 in 31 districts of Bihar is taking place today. Counting is being done at 58 centers from 8 am on Sunday.

In this, the fate of a total of 4431 candidates for the post of Ward Councillor, Deputy Chief Councilor and Chief Councilor will be decided. The polling was conducted for a total of 805 posts by the State Election Commission. The Commission claims that the results will be declared by the Optical Character Recognition System (ORC) of the data received from the EVMs.
