10 Practical Ways to Increase Self-Confidence | Improve Dressing sense

10 Practical Ways to Increase Self-Confidence

No one can deny that self-confidence is a very important quality to get success in life. You will see this quality in every person who has reached some point in life, whether it is a film-star, a cricketer, someone in your neighborhood, or a teacher teaching you. Confidence is such a quality that everyone has, some less and some more. But the need is to increase your present level of confidence and take it to a new and better level. And today on AKC, I will share with you some such things which can be helpful in increasing your self-confidence.

1) Improve Dressing sense:

How you dress-up affects your confidence. Let me tell that here I am talking about common people like myself, great men like Swami Vivekanand and Mahatma Gandhi have nothing to do with it, and if you fall in this category then yours too :).

I myself have realized this thing, when I am in my best attire, then automatically my confidence increases, that is why whenever there is a presentation or interview, I am very well prepared. Actually looking good gives you the confidence to face people and on the contrary, you are very conscious of dressing up poorly.

2) Do what confident people do:

Such people will definitely be seen around you, seeing that you will feel that this person is very confident. You watch such people carefully and include some of their activities in your life. For example:

Sit on the front seat.
Ask questions / give answers in classes, in seminars, and on other occasions
Pay attention to the way you walk and sit
Don't speak in a muffled voice.
Make eye contact, don't steal your eyes.

3) Be better than most people in one thing:

Not everyone can become an expert in every field, but he can choose one or two areas according to his interest, in which he can become better than others. When I was in school, many students were better than me in studies and other things, but I was the best in class in Geometry (thanks to Papa:)), and that's why I used to feel very confident. And today I feel confident making AKC one of the world's most read Hindi Blogs. If you achieve mastery in any one thing, it will make you in-general confident. You just have to choose something according to your interest and become the best in your circle, your circle depends on you, it can be your school, college, your colony or your city.

You can choose any field, it can be any art, it can be music, dancing, etc. It can be any sport, it can be a subject or anything else in which your expertise can make you stand out from the crowd and make you a special place. . It is not that difficult, you will already be better than many in something, just work a little more and become expert in it, it will take some time, but when you do this then everyone will respect you and you will be far more Will feel confident.

And the person who becomes special in any field does not worry about having less knowledge in other fields, you think, would Sachin Tendulkar ever get upset that he did not study much…Never!
