One of these is WhatsApp Flash Call and the other feature is the multi-level reporting feature. The company claims that both these features will provide extra layer security to the WhatsApp platform. Meaning the WhatsApp platform will be more secure than before. In such a situation, it will help to prevent incidents like chat leaks. Also, WhatsApp users will be able to flag or report the account of a wrong sender.

What will be the benefit of WhatsApp prevent chat leaks new update?

Till now a 6 digit OTP was sent to your registered mobile number to login to WhatsApp. But now the mobile number can be verified by sending a flash call to the registered mobile through flash call. Explain that Flash Call will be an automated call. At present, this feature is only available for Android users, but soon it can be rolled out for iOS. According to the company, Flash Call this process will not only be more secure than before, but it will also take less time to log-in to the WhatsApp account.

Message level reporting has been rolled out by Whatsapp. With the help of this, users will be able to report a particular message. Users will also be able to report messages sent to the group. This feature is available for both Android and iOS users. To report a message, simply tap and hold on the message you want to report. After this you have to select the Report option. Apart from this, you have also been given the option to block. Please note that there is already an option to block an account on WhatsApp. But now an attempt has been made to make it easier for the users.
