Global Annual to Decadal Climate Update released

The Global Annual to Decadal 10-year Climate Update was released by the Meteorological Office of the United Kingdom under the leadership of the World Meteorological Organization.

Main point

According to this report, the world will temporarily break the 5-Celsius warming mark within 2021–2025.
It states that a 40 percent probability of annual average global temperature will exceed 5C above pre-industrial temperatures.
There is a 90% probability of one year being the hottest on record in the period 2021-2025.
Annual average global temperatures will be at least 1C warmer than pre-industrial levels between 2021-2025.
