On Holi Bhai Dooj, sisters perform a ritual where they apply a tilak (a colored mark) on their brothers' foreheads, similar to Bhai Dooj. Sisters pray for the well-being and long life of their brothers and offer them sweets. In return, brothers give gifts to their sisters as a token of love and appreciation. This festival strengthens the bond between brothers and sisters, similar to the Bhai Dooj celebrations in other regions of India.
