Suresh Raina hails from a modest background in Uttar Pradesh. His father, Trilok Chand Raina, worked for the Ordnance Factory in Muradnagar. Raina's journey in cricket began at a young age, and he quickly made a name for himself in age-group cricket. He made his First-Class debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2002-03 season.

Suresh Raina's International Debut and Career:

Raina made his international debut for India in an ODI against Sri Lanka in July 2005. He soon established himself as a valuable middle-order batsman in the limited-overs formats. He played a crucial role in India's triumph in the inaugural ICC World Twenty20 in 2007, scoring vital runs in the tournament.

ODI and T20I Career:

Raina became a regular member of the Indian ODI and T20I squads. He was known for his ability to accelerate the innings in the middle overs and provide stability to the batting lineup. He was also an excellent fielder, saving numerous runs for the team. Raina was the first Indian player to score a century in all three formats of international cricket.

IPL Success of Suresh Raina:

Raina's Retirement:
