Early Career in India: Indra Nooyi started her career in India, working as a product manager for Johnson & Johnson and textile firm Mettur Beardsell.
  
Move to the United States: In 1978, she moved to the United States to pursue a Master's degree in Public and Private Management at Yale University.
  
Joining PepsiCo: Indra Nooyi joined PepsiCo in 1994 and held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development.
