Political Career of Chandra Shekhar Singh:

Chandrasekhar, former Prime Minister of India, passed away at the age of 80. He breathed his last at 9 pm on Sunday at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi. Chandrasekhar, who was battling cancer, was kept in intensive care in the hospital for the last one week. Samajwadi Janata Party (Sajpa) National President Chandrasekhar was undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital for the last three months. In view of his serious condition, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh went to Apollo Hospital on Saturday to inquire about his health.

Chandra Shekhar is remembered for his contributions to the socialist movement in India and his efforts to address key issues facing the nation. His tenure as Prime Minister, though brief, reflected his commitment to public service and governance. He remains an influential figure in the political history of India.
