Batukeshwar's Central Legislative Assembly Bombing (1929):

On April 8, 1929, Dutt and Bhagat Singh, another prominent freedom fighter, threw non-lethal smoke bombs in the Central Legislative Assembly in Delhi (now the Parliament of India) to protest against repressive laws. The intention was to draw attention to the unjust laws and peacefully court arrest. Dutt and Singh were arrested and subsequently tried for the bombing.
