Roshan Singh was an Indian revolutionary who was sentenced in the Bareilly shooting case during the Non-Cooperation Movement of 1921-22. After being released from Bareilly Central Jail, he joined the Hindustan Republican Association in 1924. While he was not in the Kakori murder case but he was arrested and the British government sentenced him to death.

Arrest to Roshan Singh

It was the influence of his British opponents and Bharat Bhakti that he was staying with Bismil and enthusiastically participating in dangerous acts.
