Professor Rajendra Singh was born on January 29, 1922, in the Banail village of Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh, on Mrs. Jwaladevi (Upakya Ananda) and Mr. Kunwar Balvir Singh ji. Shri Balvir Singh was appointed the first Indian Chief Engineer of Uttar Pradesh in independent India. His reputation as a very gentle, bright and honest officer was.         While working as a professor, Ranju Bhaiya has now started migrating to U.P. for the Union work. They used to co-ordinate their classes so that students are not harmed and they can be found for two to three days in the week. Because of the interesting style of teaching, the students were eager for their class. Rajju Bhaiya was a supporter of plain life high thinking. He used to stay in third class and spent all his travel expenses with his own pocket. In spite of this, he used to spend the money on the poor students' fees and books.

        In 1994, Balasaheb Deoras, the third Sarsanghchalak of the Union, consecrated Rajendra Singh as the Chief of the Army during his lifetime. This was the first incident in the union. Because of his fame and humble behavior, people loved him as Razjah Bhaiya. They belonged to politicians and people of different political parties and different ideologies. He had deep reverence in his mind towards the teachers and saints of all sects. This resulted in the affection and blessings of the people of all classes. Ranju was associated with Bhaiya Sangha for 60 years and continued to perform various types of responsibilities. In this way, from 1943 to 1966, he continued his teaching work at Prayag University and continued to live up to the responsibilities of his publisher. He took the first year's training in 1943. During this time, they were taking the responsibility of the city caravans. He took his second year training in 1954. During this, Bhaurao had prepared to take the responsibility of the whole province and went out to go out. He took the third year's training in 1957 and started taking responsibility of Uttar Pradesh.

After the expansion of the work of Bhaurao, again from 1962 to 1965, the state campaigner of Uttar Pradesh, took charge of co-field-campaigner and field-campaigner from 1966 to 1974. From 1975 to 1977, in the Emergency, after being underground, the movement of democracy started. In 1977 he became the co-ordinator, and in 1978, the responsibility of the Chief Minister of Madhavrao Boys was given to him only. By taking care of this obligation from 1978 to 1987, he became his associate in the year 1987 with the responsibility of co-servicemen, giving this responsibility to Shishadri.

        Rajju Bhaiya was unhappy with the fact that in the name of revolutionary 'Bismil' no great monument in this country could make our leader people.
