Shikharji is one of the most important pilgrimage sites of Jain religion, Shikharji is one of the world's Jain pilgrim places, where millions of Jain followers of Jain religion reach every year for their philosophy.
Let us tell you that Shikharji, the main pilgrim center of Jainism, is located in a small Nagpur plateau in Giridah district of Jharkhand, India.

This holy Jain Tirthdham, popularly known as Samind Shikhar, got the Nirvana by 23rd pilgrimage Lord Parshvanath. Hence this summit is also called Parshvanatha peak in his name. On the other hand there is a special significance for the followers of Jainism, to adore Parshwanath mountain here.

There are also many temples and beautiful sculptures in the mohri kothi. At the same time, 20 Panthhi Kothi is considered to be the oldest, whose main temple has eight zlinas, whose gorgeous and aristocratic peaks are formed.

There is a huge temple in front of this Kothi, in which idols of 24 Tirthankaras of Jainism are seated.

In Samin Shikharji there is also the memory of the place of pilgrims and Jainmunis, which are called Tonk. A large number of people of Jain religion come to visit the memorials and nights of Nirvana.

The most important thing of this sacred pilgrimage parshvanath mountain is that even here the violent creatures like the lion roam freely and do not harm anyone, which is the proof of the glory of this Tirthraj.

One of the highest pilgrimage sites of Jainism, Shikshi is also called 'Siddhakrita'. It is situated on the highest mountain in Jharkhand, which is approximately 1350 meters high.

The hill path of the summit peak is about 10 kilometers long. Pareshvanath and Giridih are two main stations for the journey of Sangeet Shikharji, where the pilgrims descend.

There are two ways to reach the summit, first from Madhupur and one from Nimiyaghat. However, going to Madhupur is convenient for pilgrims.
