Early life of Khaled Hosseini:
Khalid Hosseini is an Afghan American novelist and physician. After graduating from college, he worked as a doctor in California, a prophecy that he compared to "a married marriage". He has published three novels, in particular his 2003 film, The Kite Runner, which are all partially set in Afghanistan and present an Afghan as the protagonist. After the success of The Kite Runner, he retired from medicine to write full-time.
Hosni was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. His father worked as a diplomat, and when Hosseini was 11 years old, the family went to France; Four years later, he applied for asylum in the United States, where he later became a citizen.
Hosseini did not return to Afghanistan by the age of 36 in 2001, where he "felt like a tourist in [his] country." In the interview about the experience, they agreed to feel the survivor's crime to be able to leave the country before and after the American invasion.

Hosni began working on The Kite Runner in 2001, who wrote at 4:00 before going for his medical practice.
