Early Life:

Giorgia Meloni graduated with a degree in Philosophy from the University of Rome La Sapienza. She was politically active from a young age and was associated with various right-wing student organizations during her university years.

Political Career of Giorgia Meloni:

Meloni began her political career as a member of the youth wing of the National Alliance, a center-right political party in Italy. In 2002, she was elected to the Rome City Council and later served as a spokesperson for the party.

With the transformation of the National Alliance into the People of Freedom party, and subsequently the merger of the People of Freedom party into The People of Freedom (PdL) in 2009, Meloni continued to be an active member. However, in 2012, she left the PdL and joined the newly formed Brothers of Italy (Fratelli d'Italia) party.

Giorgia Meloni has played a significant role in the Brothers of Italy, a national-conservative and right-wing populist political party. She served as the party's president and was one of its leading figures. The party advocates for conservative values, national sovereignty, and a strong stance on immigration.
