How to prevent chikungunya

Most mosquitoes of chikungunya bite during the day, so mosquito repellent should be applied during the day. Also, you should wear clothes that cover your body completely during the day. Cleanliness should be closely taken care of around you, so that no stagnant water will remain in one place for several days because there is a high chance of mosquitoes being born here. Use mosquito nut and incense sticks at night. Spray DDT periodically at home and around.

A blood test is required to identify chikungunya, as its symptoms are quite common. No vaccine or medicine has been made yet for Chikungunya, but the disease is not even fatal, so there is no reason to panic.

AIIMS professor Dr. Lalit Dar says that Chikungunya medicine has not yet been made, but the fever that comes from it can be relieved by initial treatment. Paracetamol and antibiotics are effective in this. Pain-killer is given to complain of joint pain, but if the patient is having difficulty, it is advisable to go to the physiotherapist.

People have a lot of fear about chikungunya, but if the awareness of chikungunya is spread in the right way and they are told about the symptoms and prevention measures, then this disease Can be prevented from proceeding. We do not have to fear chikungunya but we have to face it by becoming aware.
