Guidelines for reopening of Gyms and Yoga institutes: A guideline has been issued by the Central Government to open gyms and yoga centers on Monday. Right now the country is going through the crisis of Corona. In such a situation, after the lockdown, the country is now opening up under the unlock process. In this series, the government is gradually removing every restriction at one stage. Entry will not be available without Arogya Setu App

The Ministry of Health has made some rules for gyms and yoga centers, only after following these rules, you will be able to exercise in the gym or yoga center. The most important of these rules is that your mobile should have the Arogya Setu Mobile App. Special care has to be taken for physical distance. It has also been instructed to wear as much as necessary as necessary. It has been said to try that exercise only by wearing a voyager.

Gym will not open in hot-spot area

Here, the government has made it clear in its order that any gym or yoga center that comes in the hot-spot area will be closed for the time being. On the other hand, before opening the gym outside the cantonment zone, the government's orders have to be fully followed. Centers like Spa and Steam Bath are yet to be opened. The swimming pool has also not been allowed in the government order.

New rule came to follow physical distance

A directive for gym owners is clearly written in the government directive that gym machines be kept in such a way that the physical distance law is followed to protect against corona infection. It also says that there should be only four people per square meter at the exercise site. At the same time, pregnant women and children below ten years of age are advised not to use the gym in closed places.

Hand sanitizer and screening required

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (COVID-19), people have been asked to avoid the disease by outlining various general precautionary measures to be adopted in addition to specific measures to be taken in yoga institutions and gymnasiums. The guidelines state that at the entry point of all such facilities, it is mandatory to have hand sanitation (sanitizer dispensers) and thermal screening provisions.
