Dell launches thinnest mobile workstation in India, know the price and features
Dell Technologies on Wednesday launched a new Precision 5550 mobile workstation in India. Its starting price is Rs 1,29,999 (with GST). The company claims that it is the smallest and thinnest mobile workstation in the industry. This 15-inch machine has four side infinity edge displays. Its aspect ratio is 10:10. It comes with advanced thermal innovation. It comes with Dell PremierColor software support for HDR400 and color accuracy. Dell's new-generation workstation will come with 105 percent larger touchpad than the old one. The IR camera is provided on top of it. Also, a blue light center is provided on the screen.
It has the latest 10th generation Intel Core processor, which will come in a thin and lighting frame. 92 percent display-to-body ratio has been given in mobile workstations. NVIDIA Quadro T2000 (4GB) graphics is being offered in it. The Precision 5550 workstation can handle 3D application designing and modeling. The company said that analysis and rendering will be easily done in this workstation.
Vivekananda Manjari, brand director of Dell Technologies India's client solution, said the mobile workstation Precision 5550 will be the perfect combination of power and style, which will come with the latest hardware and software. Apart from this, thermal innovation and intelligent features will be provided in the workstation.
The mobile workstation Precison software will come with AI based performance software, which automatically gives faster response using machine learning. Also offers fast battery charging. The mobile workstation Precision 5550 will have two Type C Thunderbird ports, which can be used for fast data transfer. Users will be able to physically block the camera in the workstation with the help of a shutter. Also, you will be able to open it for video calling and photo clicking.
