What are HTML Tags?

   - `<head>`: Contains metadata about the HTML document.
   - `<title>`: Sets the title of the HTML document.
   - `<body>`: Contains the content of the HTML document.

     <head>
       <title>My HTML Document</title>
     </head>
     <body>
       <!-- Content goes here -->
     </body>
