Intel, Ministry of Education and CBSE launch 'AI For All' initiative
Intel has collaborated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Ministry of Education to announce the launch of the 'AI For All' initiative. This initiative has been launched with an aim to create a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for all in the country.
Main point of AI For All
- Emerging technologies like AI play a vital role for economic development.
- NITI Aayog's National Strategy for AI focuses on leveraging AI for inclusive growth and developing AI solutions for various social needs.
- India's National Education Policy 2020 also lays emphasis on preparing the students of the country for an AI driven economy.
AI For All
Intel's 'AI For All' is a 4-hour learning program. It can be accessed by all and is as applicable for a student as it is for a stay-at-home parent or a professional in any field and even a senior citizen of the country. Intel's program aims to introduce 1 million citizens to Artificial Intelligence, its uses and functions in the first year of the program.
