Delhi ranked 62nd in World's Best Cities for 2021, CM Kejriwal congratulates Delhiites

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday tweeted that Delhi has ranked 62nd among the best cities in the world, it is a matter of happiness. Only Delhi is included in this list in India. Arvind Kejriwal said that all Delhiites have worked hard for six years after which this place has been found. The whole world is watching the change in Delhi. Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted that congratulations to all Delhiites. Earlier Delhi's rack was 81, now it has improved and this time Delhi's rank has come to 61. It is a matter of pride for Delhiites.

According to the 'World's best cities for 2021' report, Delhi has been ranked 62nd in this list. The ranking by Resonance Consultancy Ltd ranked the capital Delhi at 62nd, making it the only Indian city to figure in the list.

This ranking ranks 100 cities around the world with a population of over 1 million. The ranking is based on 25 factors. Which includes social media hashtags, number of check-ins, diversity, tourist attractions, and weather. This included factors such as the Kovid-19 transition, income and unemployment in July.

It is known that this ranking has been given to 100 such cities in the world which have a population of more than one million. The ranking has been done on the basis of the scores given by the local residents and migrants of all cities, including statistical performance and qualitative evaluation. London has got the first place in this. New York and Paris are in second and third place respectively. It is followed by Moscow and Tokyo.

All cities have been evaluated on the basis of diversity, weather, number of parks and tourist hotspots, social media hashtags, check-ins and other points. Apart from this, many other scales were also included in it.
