Talking on the phone while driving, will have to pay a fine of ten thousand, know new traffic rules
Now in Uttar Pradesh, when driving a two-wheeler, if you do not wear a helmet and a seat belt while driving a four-wheeler, then you will have to pay double the fine. That means, now you will have to face a penalty of one thousand rupees. Similarly, if you are caught talking on mobile while driving, first time a challan of one thousand rupees and on the second hand, if you are caught for the second time, a challan of Rs 10 thousand will have to be filled. The Yogi government of UP on Thursday issued a notification for imposing more fine on those who do not follow the traffic rules.
Uttar Pradesh will now have to pay a higher fine for breaking traffic rules. According to the notification issued by Principal Secretary Transport Rajesh Kumar Singh, a fine of Rs 500 will be imposed on the wrong parking and Rs 1500 in the second time. Till now, for the non-observance of parking rules, the first time was a fine of 500 rupees and second time only one thousand rupees. Fire brigade or ambulance will have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000 for not giving way. One lakh will be fined for selling the vehicle incorrectly. If the vehicle owner gets his vehicle modified, he will have to pay a fine of five thousand rupees.
According to the new traffic rules, a fine of one thousand rupees had to be paid earlier for not obeying the officer and obstructing his work, now it has been increased to two thousand rupees. Earlier, a fine of 2500 rupees was imposed on the wrong fact in the driving license, it has now been increased to 10 thousand rupees. A provision has been made to pay fine on those who make and sell fake documents of vehicles. That is, if someone sells a vehicle on the basis of a fake document, then he will have to pay a fine of one lakh rupees for each vehicle.
Five thousand fine for driving without a valid license:
Children under license or under 14 years of age, if caught driving without a valid license, will have to pay a fine of five thousand rupees. Two thousand rupees for driving a car faster than the prescribed speed limit and four thousand rupees for passenger and goods vehicles. For driving a person with disability, a fine of one thousand rupees and two thousand rupees will be imposed in the second time. A fine of one thousand rupees will have to be paid for sitting on a two-wheeler for three rides or more.
10 thousand fine if participated in the race without permission:
Without taking the written permission of the Uttar Pradesh government, if you take part in the race, you will have to pay a fine of five thousand rupees for the first time and 10 thousand rupees for the second time. A fine of Rs 10,000 will have to be paid for driving a vehicle in violation of traffic rules. For driving a vehicle without registration and suspended registration, a fine of five thousand rupees will be imposed in the first time and a fine of 10 thousand rupees for the second time. Similarly, in the quiet area, one thousand rupees will have to be paid for using horn in the first time and two thousand fine for the second time. For driving a vehicle without getting insured, a fine of two thousand rupees will be imposed if caught in the first time and four thousand rupees in the second time.
