Because soup not only keeps your stomach full for a long time, but all the necessary nutrition for the body is also fulfilled. 1. Tomato Soup

Material

Butter - 1 tbsp, onion - 1/2 long, chopped, tomato - 6-7 peeled and chopped, water - 1 1/2 cups, vegetable stock - 1/2 cup, salt - flavored

Method

Put butter in a pan and melt it well. Now add onion, tomato, salt and water and cook on low heat. It will cook well in 30-40 minutes. Now grind it well in a grinder. Mix salt as required and add small pieces of bread and serve hot soup.

2. Broccoli Soup

Material

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup spring onion finely chopped, 1 potato, 2 garlic cloves finely chopped, 4 cups water, 1 cup of broccoli finely crushed, 2 cups boiled peas, 20 grams of butter, 2 Slices cheddar cheese, 2 multigrain bread slices

Method

Add olive oil to the saucepan and heat it. Now add onion, spring onion, potato and garlic and stir for five minutes. Add water to it. Now add broccoli and boiled peas and stir for about 10 minutes. Let it cool. When it cools down completely, blend it with a hand blender. Cut and fry the bread. Use it as crutons on the soup.

3. Mixed Vegetable Soup

Material

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon, one onion, three garlic, two salary leaves, two carrots, two cups mixed vegetable (cabbage, zucchini and Frenchbeans), salt as per taste, gorlic powder - half a teaspoon, organic - one teaspoon, one bay leaf, eight cups Vegetable stock, tomato - 4, cheese - as per need

Method

After heating the oil in the pan, add onion and garlic. Now add all the vegetables and fry them for two minutes. Now add salt, gorlic powder and organo to it.

To make vegetable stock, add tomatoes and bay leaves in water and cook for ten to twelve minutes. After filtering, make a stock of this water. These vegetables can also be used. Now add the stock and salt to the pan and stir well. Serve by pouring the thing from above or similar.
