Kumar Vishwas was born on February 10, 1970, in Pilkhuwa, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He pursued a degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, Haryana.
