Biography of Padamlal Pannalal Bakshi:

Pudumlal Pannalal Bakshi was born on May 27, 1894 in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, India. His father Shri Purnalal Bakshi was a respected person of 'Kheragarh'. Pudumlal Pannalal Bakshi ran away from school due to his special attachment to the Chandrakanta Santhati novel, and the headmaster Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla (the first Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh) got beaten up by the fate. In the 14th century, Bakshi ji's ancestor Shri Laxminiidhi had come from Mandla with Khairagarh and settled there since then. For the third time, on August 20, 1959, Digvijay College became a professor of Hindi at Rajnandgaon and continued working as teachers till life.

In the year 1920, he was appointed as assistant editor of Saraswati and within a year he was made the principal editor of Saraswati in 1921, where he voluntarily resigned to the post till 1925. From 1929 to 1949, he was appointed as an English teacher at Khairagarh Victoria High School. Then Saraswati was the only magazine of Hindi which was an excellent magazine of Hindi literature. All the informer readers know about this journal, starting with the editing of Acharya Hajari Prasad Dwivedi. In 1920, Dwivedi appointed a new dimension to the editing capacity of Pudumlal Pannalal Bakshi and appointed him the six editors of Saraswati. Then in 1921 he became the editor-in-chief of Saraswati. Madhya Pradesh Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Madhya Pradesh Rule etc. are the main ones to be conferred with them. In 1949, he was conferred with literature bilingual by the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan.
