Naina did an MBA from Howell Business School after graduating from economics from Shimla, (Himachal Pradesh) and graduating in Economics from University of Delhi. After starting his career with 'Standard Chartered Bank' in 1982, he worked for some days at Morgan Stanley Bank and then joined HSBC.
Naina was born in India in the year 1957. His early school education took place in Shimla city. After this he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Delhi University and was awarded MBA degree. Went to Harvard Business School Howard is the first Indian woman to do an MBA from Business School. She is the first woman to guide any foreign bank in India. He is also a qualified chartered accountant. Naina has been in the Audit Advisory Board of CAG (CAG).
Naina Lal Kidwai is the Group General Manager and Country Head of HSBC Bank India. Naina received a bachelor's degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. And graduated from Harvard Business School too.
He started his career with ANZ Grindless. And currently she is also serving as a non-executive director of Nestle SA while serving the post. Along with that, she is also a global consultant at the Harvard Business School.
He has also been honored with the Padma Shri Award by the Indian Government for his incomparable contribution in the field of trade and industry. He is considered one of India's most successful entrepreneurs. His achievements were also honored with a lot of prizes in the country and abroad.

Private life of Naina Lal Kidwai
Naina Kidwai's father was the Chief Executive Officer of an insurance company and her mother was sister of industrialist Lalit Mohan Thapar. Her husband Rashid Kidwai, who runs an NGO called 'Grassroots Trading Network for Women' They are the mother of two children and live in a joint family. Naina is very fond of Indian classical music and western music. They are also fond of trekking and like to go on trekking in Himalaya. She is also a nature lover and has a keen interest in observing wildlife. He says about his career, "I have always believed in myself. As a result, I am always successful in my purpose.
