Indian women fight against disputed rule in Britain

An Indian Pharmaceutical Expert has succeeded in winning legal battle related to living and working in the UK. This expert named Nisha Mohite is among the hundreds of migrants fighting for the right to stay in Britain and work due to a disputed sub rule of national security law. Nisha, who won the fight, said that she was surprised that the UK Home Department took so much time to accept her mistake.


Nisha Mohite was initiated by the British Home Department as the accused of non-expected conduct in the income tax case. Nisha removed the mistake in time, but the Home Department did not believe it and he continued the process of action. After this, Nisha had to fight a long legal battle, in which her money and time were spent. He also suffered mental agony and his career was affected.

Nisha is a specialist involved in the development of drugs used in the treatment of cancer. Nisha and all the other expatriates who were accused for the sake of sub-rule, are actually made to prevent criminals and terrorists from staying in Britain.
